The Rinnai INFINITY® A-Series delivers endless hot water for residential applications, with no storage cylinder required. Unlike electric cylinders, these continuous flow gas water heaters are only on when you need hot water — making them highly energy efficient and ideal for households that want reliable, on-demand hot water without running out.

Designed for external wall-mounted residential installation, the INFINITY A20 produces 20 L/min of hot water at a 25°C rise — meaning hot water is always available, even during peak demand. Available in Natural Gas or LPG.

Continuous flow technology heats water only when a tap is opened — delivering an endless supply of hot water with no storage tank to run out, and no energy wasted keeping water hot when it’s not needed.

Because the unit only fires when hot water is required, energy use is significantly reduced compared to traditional electric storage cylinders — saving on running costs year-round.

Frost Protection

Fitted as standard. Frost protection activates automatically when the temperature inside the unit drops below 3.5°C, protecting the unit and pipework in cold New Zealand winters — as long as the unit is connected to a power supply.

Temperature Precision

Temperature controllers allow you to set the exact hot water temperature at the outlet, improving safety (especially for households with children) and eliminating the need to mix hot and cold water at the tap.

Natural Gas or LPG

Available in Natural Gas or LPG — gas type is specified at time of purchase to suit your connection.
