New Zealand Building Code Amendment – Hot Water Temperature Regulation
MBIE have made an amendment to the New Zealand Building Code clause G12 in relation to the maximum temperature of hot water at the tap in all residential buildings. Starting November 1st, 2024, new regulations will reduce the maximum hot water tap temperature from 55°C to 50°C.
