I changed from a Gas Hot water to a Rinnai Hot Water Cylinder and so pleased I did. So much better than gas. The cylinder is under the house and this does not affect the pressure. We wanted to change from gas hot water to a hot water cylinder, and wanted this done in. a timely manner. Phil was kind, courteous, and provided us a selection of good solutions for us to choose from, and once we had decided, they were on the property and installing within the time-frame we needed- depsite this being a busy time of year. They also suggested a more appropriate place-more out of sight-than where we had orignally thought to put it, and it was no bother cutting out the space to make it work. I really appreciated this extra attention to detail. We would highly reconmend using The Cylinder Guy if you are looking at upgrading, replacing, or changing to a hot water cylinder:-)
