The Rheem® Optima 400L is a mains pressure electric hot water cylinder with a vitreous enamel-lined tank, designed for installation either indoors or outdoors. Suited to households of around 5-9 people in moderate climates (4-6 in colder regions),* it delivers reliable, full-pressure hot water from a trusted name in New Zealand water heating.

With a durable Colourbond finish, the Optima can be installed inside the home or outdoors — giving you and your plumber more flexibility when choosing the best location.

Commercial Grade Enamel

The inner tank is lined with commercial grade vitreous enamel for a tougher, longer-lasting finish, and is fitted with a thicker sacrificial magnesium anode for extra protection against waterborne contaminants.
